Shipping & Customs

1. DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY? HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
Yes, we do ship EVERYWHERE and shipping is FREE for orders over $20!  We occasionally run special offers when shipping is free for all orders.  For example on Black Friday.

2. WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM?
We work with crafters from all over the world including India, Australia, The Philippines, China and the US.  Although we are based in the Midwest, United States, some of our specialty items ship from our partners located in Los Angeles, New York, and China. Some of your items to be shipped separately  (if you order more than one item) as different crafters specialize in different items. However, our shop's currency is in USD!

3. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Order processing time takes 1-5 business days before shipment because most of our products are handmade. Deliveries take usually 1 week to 4 weeks for US orders and 1 weeks to 5 weeks for International orders.*  However, due to the distance between countries, slow postal services, and shipping delays it can sometimes take longer. It depends on what you purchased/where you live! You can 'CONTACT US' or email support@weeklydealhub.com for specific shipping times.

4. MY ORDER HAS NOT ARRIVED YET?  WHY?
While some parcels can arrive early, some others may experience shipping delays, or you may live in a more isolated region. You can 'CONTACT US' or email support@weeklydealhub.com, we will always help reship your order or issue a refund! :)

5. I HAVE RECEIVED ONLY PART OF MY SHIPMENT, WHERE ARE THE OTHER ITEMS?
We ship from different fulfillment centers using different carriers so some items might arrive earlier than others. As well, some parcels can experience shipping delays while others do not. If you'd like to know the status of your other items, please email us with your name and order number.

6. WHAT ABOUT POSSIBLE CUSTOM FEES?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country (this happens very rarely!)

7. WILL THIS ITEM GET TO ME BEFORE _________?
If you plan to give one of our items as a holiday or occasional gift, we recommend buying the items 4 weeks early at a minimum to when the holiday is happening. There is a risk of the item not arriving there on time. We are not responsible for items that do not arrive before specified dates.

2. WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX), PayPal, and Shopify Payments.

Returns

1. HOW CAN I RETURN AN ITEM?
If you are not happy with your purchase and wish to return an item, please contact us within 30 days from receiving your order. Please provide your order number as well as the reason for your return. Our customer service team will review the return request and will send further instructions if the return is approved. For a list of final sale items, please see our Returns Policy. All returns must be in original condition with packaging intact.

2. WILL SHIPPING BE COVERED FOR MY RETURN?
All return shipping fees and other miscellaneous fees are the responsibility of the customer.

3. WHAT IF I RECEIVE DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS?
Please contact us within 7 days from receiving your order if you received merchandise that is incorrect, missing, and/or defective. Please include your order number, photographs of the item(s) and all related references upon receiving your package. We will do our very best to resend or refund you as quickly as possible.

4. HOW LONG IS THE RETURN PROCESS?
Processing returns may take up to 7 business days from the day we receive your return. We will email you to confirm once your return has been processed.

All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 7-10 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account. If you haven't received a credit for your return yet, here's what to do: Contact the bank/credit card company. It may take some time before the refund is posted to your account.

Handmade Products

1. WHY DOES MY PRODUCT LOOK SLIGHTLY DIFFERENT THAN THE ONE SHOWN ON YOUR WEBSITE?
All of our products are handmade, with extreme care, by our team members all around the world. Since each product is handmade there may be slight variations from one item to the next.

However, rest assured, we guarantee the quality of all of our handmade items, and if you are unhappy with your order for any reason please contact our support team at support@weeklydealhub.com so we can help resolve the issue.
