1. DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY? HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
Yes, we do ship EVERYWHERE and shipping is FREE for orders over $20!  We occasionally run special offers when shipping is free for all orders.  For example on Black Friday.

2. WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM?
We work with crafters from all over the world including the US, India, Australia, The Philippines, China and Britain. Although we are based in the Midwest, United States, some of our specialty items ship from our partners located in Los Angeles, New York, and China. Some of your items to be shipped separately  (if you order more than one item) as different crafters specialize in different items. However, our shop's currency is in USD!

3. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Order processing times are 1-3 business days before shipment since most of our products are handmade. Deliveries usually arrive within  5-12 working days for US orders and 7-15 working days for International orders.*  However, due to the customs processing times, varying postal services, and shipping delays it can sometimes take longer. It depends on what you purchased/where you live! You can 'CONTACT US' or email support@weeklydealhub.com for specific shipping times.

4. MY ORDER HAS NOT ARRIVED YET?  WHY?
While some parcels can arrive early, some others may experience shipping delays, or you may live in a more isolated region. You can 'CONTACT US' or email support@weeklydealhub.comwe will always help reship your order or issue a refund! :)

5. I HAVE RECEIVED ONLY PART OF MY SHIPMENT, WHERE ARE THE OTHER ITEMS?
We ship from different fulfillment centers using different carriers so some items might arrive earlier than others. As well, some parcels can experience shipping delays while others do not. If you'd like to know the status of your other items, please email us with your name and order number.

6. WHAT ABOUT POSSIBLE CUSTOM FEES?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country (this happens very rarely!)

7. WILL THIS ITEM GET TO ME BEFORE _________?
If you plan to give one of our items as a holiday or occasional gift, we recommend buying the items 4 weeks early at a minimum to when the holiday is happening. There is a risk of the item not arriving there on time. We are not responsible for items that do not arrive before specified dates.

8. I ENTERED AN INCORRECT ADDRESS AND DID NOT RECEIVE MY PACKAGE. WHAT NOW?
We will always do our best to accommodate any mistakes with addresses or other information that causes a mis-delivery or undelivered order. Any packages that are mis-delivered or undelivered due to customer error will be replaced, with a 20% replacement fee + shipping to be paid prior to reshipment. This fee is necessary to cover our costs to package, ship, and replace any products that are not delivered due to customer error. If you would instead prefer a refund, a 20% restocking fee will apply to any refunds related to incorrect addresses or delivery information. All shipping fees are non-refundable.
